Proactive advising requires a commitment from both 2- and 4-year institutions

to provide resources for prospective transfer students to help them navigate
their transition, stay on-path, and reach their educational goals. This session will

talk about the unique partnership and proactive advising practices developed
over the past five years at the University of Cincinnati to advocate for

prospective transfer students and help ease their transition.

As part of a grant offered through ODHE,
our colleagues in southwestern Ohio
developed www.transferohio.com. The

website is designed to help students
transfer throughout Ohio. It is free for

Ohio 2- and 4-year institutions to join!
