Hello Team Handsfree Group UK, USA and CKO.
I would like to open the April Newsletter by saying a massive thank you to every one of you both in the UK and USA.
Your consistent hard work especially throughout these unusual times and with the restrictions we have faced has been a credit to you all and we are proud to call you our team. I am delighted that we are taking steps towards easing restrictions and beginning to safely return to normal.
I would also like to say thank you to everyone for looking after and supporting our customers, and continually providing high standards of service to ensure the needs of each customer are met with a professional and friendly service. Welcome to all our new members of the team at Handsfree Group UK and US and CKO. I am sure you will receive a warm welcome from everyone, and we look forward to moving forward with you.
Handsfree Group UK have had a busy month, we have begun the 2021 roll out with DPD for the installation work on the new electric vehicles which are to be introduced to their fleet. We are beginning to see the DVS installations take place in time for the deadline next month.
Congratulations to the team at Handsfree Group US following a superb month in March completing record breaking work orders, with figures that continue to increase.
CKO has taken a large influx of stock and turned it around in a quick time to fulfill the needs of lots of our valued trade customer including kit to fulfill many DVS orders. Fantastic job bringing the kit in and getting it straight back out to meet these requirements. The ESN team have completed User Task 2, EMC Testing. A major milestone within the project saw all 7 Emergency Service Vehicles successfully through the final stages of the testing of the R5 device. The first consignment of the R5 Devices has now been shipped from Taiwan and
are expected imminently, these form part of the first order by the Home Office and will be shipped to them upon arrival at the Warehouse. Have a great week and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
