As a change leader I feel responsible and proud to contribute my bit towards the society. I have
learnt a lot at STRIVE, the entire module of YDM brings transformation in the life of the learner. It is
commendable to see that change in the learners.

The project based learning empowers the learners to explore things and I as Change leader see my
learners exploring their paths by themselves, it has given me entire new dimension of learning.
I am really happy to be a part of Tata Strive as a Change Leader

People talk about bringing a change in the society. There are complains about various problems
prevailing in our society. But only a few of us are really willing to take the initiative bring a change.
And I am really proud to be one of the Change Leader at Tata Strive. I work at Govt ITI Nayagarh. For
me it is not a job, but a movement. This thought inspires me every day to perform better than
before.

I feel like a catalyst helping my learners brining holistic change in their lives. I firmly believe the way
the entire module is designed impacts the mind-set of the youth to look as every problem as a
possible learning and an opportunity to grow.

My role has also helped me grow a lot, the idea of having non-judgemental attitude really broaden
my perspectives. Tata Strive has given me a platform and opportunity to contribute my bit towards
the society for which I am really grateful.
