I believe being a change leader is a very responsible work in terms facilitating the youth. Here I have
to play many roles while inspiring the life of a young learner. Many time I change my approach like a
trainer, partner, friend etc… for understanding the methods to apply in sessions.
The most important skill which I learned as a change leader is the coaching conversation with young
learners. It is a great way of getting the solutions from the youth themselves. The answer lies within
them; they just have to explore it.
I really enjoy implementation of a quality skill -based instruction in the classroom. Also I have seen
the impact of activity based learning and project based learning in a broader manner with help of
applying Learn x in our training curriculum. The key responsibility of a change leader is stake holder
management, I adopted the ability to understand the expectation of stakeholders so as to make the
project a success.

As a change leader I learnt a lot of things in a short duration of 4 months. While I was given the
opportunity to organize the event, it gave me a lot of confidence to think on the feet.
My role gave me the platform to influence and enthuse others through personal advocacy, vision
and drive and to access resources to build a solid platform for change.
