As a Change leader I really feel delighted to help the youth become aware of their potential. By
helping the youth identify their core values gives me the motivation to lead by an example.
My journey in Tata STRIVE has transformed my life as well, I look out for collaborative ways by which
I can engage my learners and also work for a purpose.

My journey with Tata Strive started at ITI Phulbani on 26 Dec 2017. When I joined I did not have a
clear picture of the things around, but as the things settled, I could see the great palace of
knowledge, learning and opportunities.
It gave me a different perspective towards this job, we are the change leaders, it changed my mind-
set, it gave me a lot of confidence to drive this change among the youth.
One of my key learning is to stay connected, we are just one big family where we all learn and grow
with each other.
