  There  are  laws  which  make  organisations  responsible  when  employees



               misuse the internet facilities provided to them at work and post abusive



               comments on social media like Twitter or Facebook.







              Strategies  adopted  to  deal  with  conflicts  have  been  called  avoidance


               strategy,  accommodation  strategy,  collaboration  strategy,  competition



               strategy and compromise strategy.







              Collective bargaining is the process by which the terms and conditions of



               employment of workers are negotiated and regulated by agreements by



               between  the  representatives  of  the  employees  (unions)  and  the



               employers.







              Pure research is carried out usually by scientific and research institutions


               without any particular purpose in view. Applied research: When research




               is conducted for the purpose of finding solutions to particular problems,


               such research is termed applied.
