(ii) Any diseases other than those stated under clause
III, contracted by the insured person during the first
30 days from the commencement of the policy.
However, this exclusion shall not be applicable if
the insured could not have known of the existence
of the disease or any of its symptoms (as per the
panel of medical practitioners). This condition is also
not applicable if the policy is being renewed after
continuing for the preceding 12 months without any
break.
(iii) During the first year of operation of the policy,
treatment of diseases like Cataract, Benign Prostatic
Hypertrophy, Hysterectomy for Menorrhagia or
Fibromyoma , Hernis, Hydrocele, Congenital
Internal Diseases, Fistula and Piles, Sinusitis and
related disorders are excluded.
(iv) Diseases or disorders from war and kindred perils
and nuclear weapons material are excluded.
(v) Circumcision (until necessary for treatment of a
disease not excluded under the policy),
vaccination or inoculation, change of life, cosmetic
