Gramin PA Insurance is mainly for the benefit of the
people living in rural areas. The sum insured is fixed at
Rs.10,000 for a premium of Rs.5 only.

The age limit varies between 10 years and 70 years. A
policy cum proposal form is devised. Claim procedure is
simplified. Nominations are taken beforehand, for easier
settlement of death claims. Post mortem report is not
insisted upon where there is clear evidence of accident.
