for which the animal is kept or employed.
(v) accident, illness and disease sustained contract
elsewhere than in India.
(vi) overloading, unskillful, willful neglect, poisoning.
(vii)transport by air or sea.
(viii)use of animal for purpose other than those stated in
the schedule of the policy without the consent of
the insurance.
(ix) osteoporosis or Kumrie or depreciation and value
due to contracting osteoporosis or Kumrie prior to
death or due to any other cause.
(x) war and allied perils.
(xi) strikes, riot, civil commotion and
(xii)ionising radiations and nuclear weapons material.
Conditions - the insured is required to give the
insurers and immediate notice of parturition or
