4. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR WEAKNESSES:
Acknowledge your weaknesses, and take note of any setbacks. If you
know when you are likely to trip up then you can prepare yourself in
advance, or avoid it altogether.
5. BE ACCOUNTABLE:
Be accountable, and get a friend to make sure you follow through.
When you do not go for your weekly run, or you indulge in that chocolate
cake, set consequences–donations to a charity work well.
6. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FUN:
If you are enjoying the ride, that long road to a new you will fly past,
and you are far less likely to give up.
Shiv Khera said, “Have a vision. It is the ability to see the invisible. If you
can see the invisible, you can achieve the impossible.”
Rosabeth Moss Kanter said,
“A vision is not just a picture of what could be; it is an appeal to our
better selves, a call to become something more.”
If we make a clear goal or vision, we know what we do next. Moreover, we find
our ways easily and get success to achieve the goal.
