MOTIVATE YOUR SELF:
Motivation can give you that extra push
to get something done, but it does not
always come when you need it. If you are
struggling to start or complete a task,
give yourself some encouragement to
keep going. If you are trying to achieve
long-term plans, make sure that you have
clear and manageable goals so that you
maintain your motivation throughout the
process.
Peter Davies said, “Motivation is like food
for the brain. You cannot get enough in
one sitting. It needs continual and regular refills.”
Wayne Dyer said, “Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be
done, it’s always your choice.”
I am giving you some tips to motivate yourself.
1. Just get started and let the motivation catch up with you.
You do not have to wait for motivation to get started. If you want
to work consistently every day then sometimes you just have to get
going anyway.
More ever, the funny thing is that after I have worked for a while things
feel easier, easier, and more fun and the motivation catches up with me.
2. Go for Five
Start working for five minutes. Often that little push will be
enough to get you going.
