It's really that simple. If you don't find enough content on one
domain, take content from multiple sites. We did this with a
few pages in our test, taking content from up to 3 sites on
certain pages to reach 500-800+ words. We found over 100+
niche relevant blog posts in the parenting niche with this
method, so it’s not just good for service pages. There’s
decades of old content to use if you can find it.

Update: March 13, 2020

When we reviewed to see if rankings held, the rankings were
still strong. Based on keyword tracking, this dental clinic
website was holding the rankings steady. Not bad for a site
that took 2 hours to build with 100% free content.

Our first hypothesis that reusing old content that is no longer
indexed, was correct.
