                                              Technical Requirements

                                              Wi-Fi or Internet connection, laptop or PC, projector and a screen


                                              Ratio of face-to-face and online work - 60-40%:
                                              Time Required

                                              4 periods  -  45 minutes each.



                                            At the end of the course, the student will:

                                              Understand (e.g. values, principles, generalizations, rules…):

                                              The student will understand how to design, advertise, and execute a
                                              successful  co-working  event  by  the  end  of  this  course.  They  will
                                              grasp  how  to  develop  event  goals  and  objectives,  identify  the  right
                                              target audience and available resources, and organize event logistics.
                                              They will have learnt how to create efficient promotional methods for
                                              the  event  as  well  as  how  to  manage  it  on  the  day  of,  including
                                              registration, networking opportunities, and fixing any issues that may
                                              emerge. Students will also have acquired insight into the subtleties of
                                              co-working  events,  as  well  as  the  specific  considerations  and
                                              challenges  they  provide.  Students  will  be  well-equipped  to  create
                                              successful co-working events in the future with this knowledge and
                                              practical experience.

                                              Know:

                                              The student will be able to design, advertise, and execute a successful

                                              opportunities,  and  fixing  any  issues  that  may  emerge.  Furthermore,
                                              students will have learned best practices and key considerations for
                                              organizing  co-working  events,  such  as  managing  event  flow  and
                                              ensuring  a  positive  participant  experience.  Students  will  be  well-
                                              prepared  to  create  and  manage  co-working  events  in  a  range  of
                                              contexts with this knowledge and practical experience.
