relationships can help advertise
the event to a wider audience,
provide significant resources and
knowledge, and perhaps lead to
long-term collaborations.
Students will be encouraged to
discuss approaches to local
groups and media outlets that
may be relevant to the event.
The teacher will then cover the
significance of contacting
possible sponsors for the co-
working event. The instructor will
demonstrate how sponsorships
can help the event by providing
financial support and resources,
as well as increasing its visibility
and reputation. The teacher will
walk students through the steps of
discovering possible sponsors,
preparing sponsorship proposals,
and communicating effectively
with them.
The teacher will present examples
of successful partnerships and
sponsorships from previous
events throughout the course to
demonstrate the practical
implementation of these concepts.
Students will also get to practice
writing sponsorship bids and
sending outreach emails to local
organizations and media sources.
At the end of the lesson, the
teacher will give the students
tasks to complete at home in an
online setting.
THE FOURTH LESSON
- The fourth lesson will begin
with the teacher reminding the
students of the importance of
having a qualified and varied jury
for the competition. They will go
over the criteria for selecting jury
members, such as their expertise,
impartiality, and availability
during the judgement time.
