experience for Coworking Space visitors and learn about the elements
of space which are needed to provide close to ideal conditions when it
comes to space design and also the needs of the space users. Finally,
students will work on creating their own Coworking Spaces which
will inspire them to work in groups and collaborate on a project and
then present their results to the other groups and exchange ideas and
findings.
Materials:
For these four lessons, the materials needed are: a flipchart, a laptop
or a PC, projector and a screen, presentation posters, markers,
pencils,

4 periods - 45 minutes each.
At the end of the course, the student will:
Understand (e.g. values, principles, generalizations, rules…):
Student will understand the main idea behind a Corowking Space and
what it means to create and use such a space. They will learn about
values which revolve around working together and respecting others.
They will engage in teamwork which is also needed to use and create
a Coworking Space, and they will interact with others in order to
achieve their goals. Students will also be able to comprehend what it
means to build a business environment thinking of others’ needs and
wants, and also how to run a successful business model.
Know:
Students will get familiar with the notions of building community and
also designing space in such a way that a community many function
and strive for results in such environment. They will think about the
terms of sustainability and functionality when it comes to using space
and dealing with users who have different needs. They will know
what interaction means to such users and those who want to build a
