most important elements of
creating a Coworking Space.
For the first 10 minutes of the
lesson, the teacher will prepare a
PPT presentation where they will
explain what are the most
important elements for creating a
Coworking Space.
Those are:
1. Making a business model
2. Research competition
3. Search for Location
4. Create a plan
5. Build a Community
6. Prepare supplies
Teachers can provisionally
prepare some main pointers for
each of the activity, and then
should motivate students to create
their own Coworking Space
model based on the given criteria
and elements.
Students should engage in group
work (depending on their number
there can be two to five groups).
This will be the first phase of
development, where they will
work in groups, while they will
be given more tasks to complete
at home in an online setting.
The tasks for online work will
follow what they do in class.
While in class they should work
for 20 minutes in groups on
solving these 6 main elements,
they will also work on a more
concrete suggestions for creating
a Coworking Space.
