Continuing further in the same
manner, teacher and students will
discuss the notions of: creativity,
creative environment, and space.
After they discuss it, they can
connect the notions and discuss of
which space makes them
comfortable, or what kind of
space inspires their creativity.
The goal of this is to connect the
main ideas of Coworking Spaces
– comfort, creative environment
and space. This discussion should
last up to 20 minutes.
Teacher should continue in the
same manner discussing the
notions of sustainability,
functionality and community,
which are also the notions which
are related to Coworking Space.
These discussions exercises
should motivate students to think
of the notions important for
creating a space for those who
wish to engage in Coworking
Space and are important when it
comes to understanding what it
means to build a Coworking
Space for a community.
Students then can together, in a
discussion, try to define each of
the notions they discussed. On a
piece of paper or in their
notebooks they should write
down the definition of mentioned
terms. Teacher will then question
them and motivate them to share
their ideas and definitions, and
together work on common
definition for various terms.
This entire exercise should last
for the first 45 minutes of the
lesson, which engages students in
Critical Thinking and also
develops their communication
skills.
