While preparing training programs, attention is paid to the planning and implementation of
activities that enable the development of high-level thinking skills. Values education is
included at every stage of the education programs to be implemented. Project production
and development studies are the basis of all activities carried out at BİLSEM, and scientific,
artistic, cultural etc. activities are carried out with universities, institutions and
organizations. cooperation matters. In all programs other than the integration program,
elective field/activity/skill development workshops can be opened by taking advantage of
local opportunities.

Science and art centers select students with talent exams and offer opportunities in an
education and development environment where they can develop according to their
abilities.
