CLUBHOUSE



       UPGRADES







        As  part  of  our  “Phase  1  Stabilisation  &  Foundation”  process,  we  identified  the  Clubhouse  as  an  area  that
        required some upgrades. Over the winter period, we completed the following.



                 BAR &
                 RESTAURANT
                                            We engaged MC Construction to carry out investigative works
                                            on  what  improvements  we  needed  to  make  to  the  bar  and
                                            restaurant  areas.  Following  this  investigation,  we  engaged
                                            with interior designer Ivan Nixon to design a new bar layout.
                                            We signed off on a Capital Expenditure budget in this area of
                                            €40,000.  Work  completed  included  removal  of  timber
                                            shelving, new stainless steel, new bar design, new beer lines
                                            &  taps,  new  flooring,  new  plumbing,  new  electrics,  new
                                            lighting and new doors. In summary, the bar was gutted and
                                            reconfigured for all essential services and with a new design.



                 KITCHEN

                                            The Kitchen area required many improvements ahead of the
                                            commencement  of  our  new  partners  Truffle  Honey  Golf
                                            Limited.  We  engaged  with  them  and  carried  out  essential
                                            plumbing,  electrical,  fire  safety,  cleanliness  and  layout
                                            improvements.  This  work  was  designed  toward  making  the
                                            space a better and safer one to operate.                                                                                                                                                                       KITCHEN
