CLUBHOUSE

UPGRADES

OFFICE &
SYSTEMS

Over the winter period, we upgraded our offices with new
paint, carpets, computers, screens and a state-of-the-art
modern phone system. We also began the move into a fully
cloud based Microsoft management system that will allow us
greater control over our systems into the future. The Board
Room and Men’s Committee Room were also upgraded.

THE CHAPEL
Interior designer Ivan Nixon visited The Chapel to review what
paint colours should be used in upgrading this space. A
detailed discussion took place and we carried out upgrades
with the help of Paul Cotter. The Chapel is now a lot fresher
and better equipped to help Paul take care of the Members
and Guests.

LAGOON

The Management Council are conducting a review of the
Lagoon and how it currently operates. Further updates will
follow in due course.

GENERAL
MAINTENANCE
Across the rest of the clubhouse and environs, we painted the
lobby area at the locker rooms, the front entrance & front
steps. We reviewed the emergency shut off valves for
essential services, installed new water mains shut off. We
reorganised our storage areas, changed our pest control
provider and continued to improve our day to day
management of the facilities.
