                   Ensure charity retail, partners, investors and employees understand and support

                   Ensure that charity retail, clients, partners, other stakeholders are kept informed

                   about Realtai, its plans and initiatives, and market success i.e. happy, scalable and
                   profitable clients.



                   Promote the image of Realtai as an effective, efficient organisation, focused on the
                   needs of the charity retail sector with added benefits i.e. sustainability, social housing.



                   Build and maintain a professional corporate identity.


                   Co-ordinate and direct communications so that all areas of the business work
                   towards shared objectives.



                   Promote high quality personable sales and customer service experience and ensure
                   that everyone within and contracted to Realtai understands their vital role in

                   delivering this.
