RECOMMENDATIONS
Indication and review suggest that the current staffing arrangements are light and might need to be revised
to improve on the performance of the venue which will ultimately increase levels of customer service
and revenue. At this time of the year, it is difficult to review the needs of the venue subjectively and we
recommend monitoring and reviewing throughout the year. In the interim, the following should be actioned
over the coming weeks:

1. Identify if there is an available budget to increase levels of staffing.
2. Approach Davy to see if he would be interested in additional hours and his availability.
3. Ascertain the situation with Tommy and assess the long-term plan for him.
