CUSTOMS OFFICIALS SEIZED MODIFIED FISHING BOATS WITH SMUGGLED DIESEL

Mr. Chaiyut Kumkun, Principal Advisor on Customs Control Development, as the Customs Department spokesman,
announced the Customs Department’s seizure of two modified fishing boats, carrying a total of 140,000 litres of illegally
smuggled diesel, worth over 5.5 million bath. The press-conference was held at Samutprakarn Enforcement unit,
Enforcement Office, Samutprakarn, on 11 April 2019.

CUSTOMS SEIZED COCOA BEANS

The Customs Department seized 3,099 bags of cocoa bean (no-brand), loaded in eight 40-foot containers, with
the net weight of 201,435.00 kg (200 tons) and estimated total value of 16,680,99.13 baht (16.68 MB) at a private port,
Phra Samut Chedi Customs Service Division, Bangkok Customs Bureau, on 14 June 2019.
