2 - Profiling¹: "Who am I?" - On the benefits of self-knowledge

we are faced with new tasks and challenges, a new life
situation arises, we have to say goodbye to cherished habits
or we want to establish a new habit.

In our experience, change is easier when we set a concrete goal
or goals and can be very specific about the direction the change
processes should take. If the intended change process is
successful, you can succeed in better exploiting your potential
and making better use of it.

               STOP!
How do you answer the question of whether or not we can change? Go
into self-reflection, but also discuss it with people from your
                 environment.
                  • What experiences have these people and you had in connection with
the change of individual personality traits?
                  • What is your attitude towards the statement: "That's just the way I
am, I can't change, nobody can ask that of me!
                  • What change processes are necessary in your company in order to
                    leverage and use unused potential?
