PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE | MUNICIPAL
QUEEN CREEK PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY
The Town of Queen Creek Public Safety Facility, built for the Town of Queen of Creek,
included the demolition of aging municipal structures and new construction of a 13,400
square foot fire station and 22,400 square foot public safety and multi-purpose community
facility in Queen Creek, Arizona. The facility houses the Town of Queen Creek’s Fire
Department’s Battalion Chief, Fire Station No. 411, public safety, community chambers,
and law enforcement headquarters and includes 12 dormitories, administrative offices,
and three apparatus bays. The public safety and multi-purpose community facility was
constructed utilizing a slab on grade foundation with a steel frame, architectural masonry
with metal wall panels for the exterior finish, and a combination of metal and foam roof.
Due to CORE’s attention to quality and construction, the Town of Queen Creek Public
Safety Facility project consolidated crucial municipal and emergency services, which meets
the town’s immediate need to service a rapidly growing population.
