RIZE AT WINTER SPRINGS

RiZE at Winter Springs, completed for Lecesse Development, involved the new
construction of a four-story 362,540 square foot apartment project in Winter
Springs, Florida. RiZE is an urban style complex containing 244 residential units
which wrap a precast concrete parking structure containing over 400 parking
spaces. CORE was the design-builder for this slab on grade, wood-frame project.
The resort-style amenities include a community grill and outdoor cooking area,
dog walking paths, hammock swings, life size chess board, fitness center, a luxury
swimming pool, and a cabana.
