TRADITIONS APARTMENT HOMES

The Traditions Apartment Homes project, built for In Good Company Real Estate, included the new
construction of a two-story 61,929 square foot residential community located within the Village in
Burns Harbor in Burns Harbor, Indiana. The apartment complex houses seven apartment buildings,
six vehicle garages, and 53 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The residential community was
constructed on a concrete foundation with a wood structural frame. A vinyl siding with SmartSide
trim exterior and asphalt shingles roof completed the construction. The project also features
balconies, limited access entrances, a community center, and a pool. The residential community
was awarded the National Association of Home Builders Silver Certification as a Green Community
for energy, water, and indoor environmental quality. Due to CORE’s construction efforts, the
Traditions Apartment Homes project opened ahead of schedule to provide a neighborhood
community to residents.
