TRIO AT ENCORE!

The Trio at Encore project, built for the Trio at Encore, LP,
included the new construction of a six-story 207,583 square
foot residential complex located in Tampa, Florida. The facility
houses 141 apartment units and retail space. The residential
complex was constructed on a vibro-stone foundation with
a wood and post-tensioned structural frame, a stucco over
frame and concrete masonry unit exterior, and a thermoplastic
polyolefin roof system. The project also featured a 210-space
car parking deck and large vibrant pieces of visual artwork.
This project achieved LEED Silver Certification for Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design from the U.S. Green
Building Council for site sustainability, water efficiency, green
energy, and the use of low emitting materials for indoor
environmental quality. Due to CORE’s innovative and quality
construction practices, the Trio at Encore now provides
upscale housing to the Downtown Tampa District.
