VALRICO STATION APARTMENTS

The Valrico Station Apartments, built for WRH Valrico Station, LLP,
included the demolition and new construction of a 264,984 square foot
multifamily apartment complex located in Valrico, Florida. The facility
houses 11 two-story and three-story buildings with 160 one-, two-, and
three-bedroom apartment units. The multifamily apartment complex was
constructed utilizing a post-tension slab on grad concrete foundation
with a wood structural frame. Interior finishes consisted of gypsum
board drywall, ceramic tiles, carpet, vinyl planking, faux wood flooring,
and granite counter tops. A cementitious lap and stucco exterior and
composite shingle and metal roof completed the construction. The project
also featured a clubhouse with a business and fitness center, patios,
and balconies as well as nine freestanding garages, a large salt water
swimming pool with a sun deck, mail kiosk, maintenance building , and
trash compactor enclosure. Due to CORE’s residential building expertise,
the Valrico Station Apartments project offers a modernized residential
community with lush landscaping near the Tampa and Brandon areas.
