OAKWOOD APARTMENTS

The Oakwood Apartments project, built for Oakwood Apartments, LLC, included the
new construction of a two-story 152,330 square foot residential housing complex
located in Sarasota, Florida. The facility houses 11 buildings and 144 apartment units
for multiple families. The housing complex was constructed using post-tensioning
slab on grade concrete foundation and a wood structural frame. A siding exterior
and asphalt shingle roof completed the construction. The project also featured tile
floors, wood cabinets, polished nickel hardware, and washer/dryer connections
as well as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, business center, wheelchair accessible
rooms, patios, storage areas, gourmet kitchens, and fireplaces. Due to CORE’s
experience with constructing multiple family dwellings, the Oakwood Apartments
offers convenience and access to the community of Sarasota and surrounding areas.
