CRYSTAL RIVIYERA APARTMENTS
The Crystal Riviyera Apartments project, built for 3801 Crystal Lake, LLC, included wood truss roof system with a built-up roof over lightweight insulating concrete
the new construction of a five-story 162,920 square foot multifamily apartment and tile completed the construction. The project also featured nine foot ceilings,
building located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The facility houses 117 one-, two-, central community room, private balconies, clubhouse, enclosed garages, fitness
and three-bedroom suites. The apartment building was constructed on an auger center, offices for sales and administrative staff, and a lakeside swimming pool with
pile and grade beam foundation with a structural frame of concrete masonry unit sundeck. Due to CORE’s multifamily construction expertise, the Crystal Riviyera
block, precast concrete, and trusses. An exterior of stucco walls, fat deck, and Apartments now provides a luxurious residential community on Sailboat Lake.
