ARTISAN PARK CLUB APARTMENTS

The Artisan Club Condominiums project, built for Artisan Park, LLC / St. Joe Towns and
Resorts, included the new construction of a 762,694 square foot residential community
located in Celebration, Florida. The facility houses eight buildings consisting of two-
and four-bedroom multifamily condominium units. The residential community was
constructed of a post tension stem wall foundation, concrete masonry unit and
hollow core plank structural framing, and a wood roof truss system with bituminous
membrane, asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing and trim. Exterior and interior
finishes consisted of cement plaster, gypsum board, and ceramic tile. The project also
featured sidewalks and handicap ramps, patios, and balconies with metal railing, and
landscaping along the buildings and courtyards. Due to CORE’s value engineering and
construction efforts, the Artisan Club Condominiums now provides luxurious resort
style living to the residents on Celebration Avenue.
