VISTA DEL NORTE APARTMENTS
The Villas of Vista Del Norte project, built for the Frankel Family Trust, included the new construction of a three-story 353,321
square foot apartment complex located in San Antonio, Texas. The facility supports 348 residential units, a leasing business
office, and an activity building. The apartment complex was constructed utilizing a wood frame, stucco and stone exterior
finish, gable vents, and composite shingled roof. Interior finishes consisted of ceramic tile, stained concrete walls, granite
counter tops, plank flooring, and crown molding. The project also featured a two-tiered swimming pool, hot tub, 50 garag-
es, 341 carport spaces, pavilion, outdoor basketball court, indoor racquetball court, sand volleyball court, and fitness center
with locker rooms, sauna, and showers. Due to CORE’s residential building experience, the Villas of Vista Del Norte project
offers luxurious residential accommodations to the community.
