LAKES OF VALPARAISO

The Lakes of Valparaiso project, built for Weiss Entities, LLC, included the new construction of a three-story
533,000 square foot luxury apartment community located in Valparaiso, Indiana. The facility houses 407 units
and 17 garage buildings in an upscale planned urban development. The apartment community was constructed
utilizing a poured concrete foundation and a wood structural frame. An exterior consisting of siding and simulat-
ed stone and a standing seam roof with asphalt shingles completed the construction. The project also featured
granite counter tops, a country club quality clubhouse with pool and bath house, detached garages, maintenance
building, pavilion, gazebo, dumpster enclosures, a mail kiosk, an extension of the city’s main street through the
development and the installation of high speed fiber optic cable for internet. Due to CORE’s construction efforts,
the Lakes of Valparaiso project now offers upscale living to the members of the community.
