Isn’t it true that you were only relying on the lights from your vehicle and your flashlight to illuminate
               the scene?

Doesn’t the NHTSA manual also have additional tests in it? Why didn’t you do those? Because they are
               not standardized.
You mentioned you could tell the vehicle was speeding. How is that? Are you able to determine the
               exact speed?

You testified that you heard the vehicle running over the center lane. Do you know if it crossed the
               center lane? I don’t because I didn’t see it.

Is it a violation to run over the center lane divider? I don’t know if it is. I know you can’t drive left of
center, and you can’t pass in that area.
Why didn’t you include that in your narrative?

How many clues did you observe during the HGN?

How many clues did you observe during the WAT? How many are there? What is the decision point?

How many clues did you observe during the one leg stand?

What kind of radar did you use? Isn’t it connected to the vehicle?
What kind of tunning forks did you use? What mph?

Is speeding an indicator of DWI per the manual?

What is the first phase of the DWI process?

What do bushes do to radar? Is it possible the bushes blocked your signal?

Why didn’t you use the alphabet recital, count down test, or finger count test?
