mind probe, knowing that they would just laugh and shake their heads.
Sometimes the truth was stranger than fiction.
He sat on the bus, felling rather sleepy, and as the kids climbed on at
each stop and the bus lurched and squealed through town, and gradually
filled with shouting, talking, noisy kids, his mind drifted away and he
found himself in a sleek, purple flying bus. Up and up it went, high
above the clouds, and then it swooped down towards a new land, where
there were big stone castles, and flags flew, and knights in shining
amour charged across battlefields in bright sunlight…
