What do you like about your job and what would you like to do more of?
Workplace inspections, WHS team meetings and Social events, Variety of projects and work allocated.

1 Review Update: Workplace inspections & managing a variety of clients. I feel as if the last 3 months I
have learnt a lot. Especially in the logistics & warehousing field. I like days when I am
partnered with a senior person as I learn a great deal.

2 Review Update: I still enjoy doing workplace inspections of sites. Although ParaQuad has been a

challenging client it has been good to learn more about traffic management. I would like
to keep getting shuffled around more on different projects, I prefer to be onsite although
office days are handy because we offer clients a full time service so they are always
requesting work sometimes even when you are not on site.

What don’t you like about your job, and how can you minimise the impact of this?
Large amount of new tasks allocated and minimal hand over (SSO) role.
(DL) Ensure handover is sufficient for Bri to be confident to achieve outcomes for the role.
SSO role allocated 2 days a week but requires 5 days of monitoring inbox.
Double booked with clients on SSO days. (Bri to push back on SSO tasks if unable to complete in timeframe
requested)
