1 Review Update: Understanding RTW at a higher level. I get all sorts of questions at ParaQuad & when I
first began there I did not have the skill set required to be on top of RTW, iCare, claims
& also weekly earning/time sheets for the business. Also formatting!! I have gotten a bit
better the past 3 months on my computer but still room for more.
LC to liase with admin to arrange RTW training for Bri

2 Review Update: Still formatting, computer skills is not my strong point. Also RTW still, I have been
calling around lately to other consultants just to get a bit of better understanding when
different cases come through. I need to start referencing standards more also but
sometimes you just get so busy on site with the client.
BM to continue asking for help from Snr’s where required
BM to sit with LC re Formatting (or consider MS Office Short Course)
