1 Review Update: So far everything is going relatively well. I am enjoying work. I just need to ensure im
keeping on top of all the clients & also doing a bit of research cause majority of the time
I am by my self at new sites.

2 Review Update: I am still enjoying the work load, I like having the senior consultants on board because
as a “Junior Consultant” even though I am put on sites by my self, clients approach me
with multiple different questions & I don’t always know the answer but I feel like I
should. Pool cars is a little bit of an issue lately as we only have 1 for the Sutherland
office, I do big days & hours through out the week. If I am onsite by 8;30 at ParaQuad
in Silverwater I then need to be up at 6:30am leave by 7:15am, then leave at 5:00pm to
be home by 6. I Work completely different hours to the rehab consultants.
Smaller laptops would be useful for inspections & the nature of work we do.

1 Review Update: I think going to one off client sites & interacting with different workers all around Sydney

has boosted my confidence. I surprise my self with how well I can deal with all different
sorts of people at multiple different client settings. To be a good consultant I believe
you have really know your stuff relating to WHS & also be able to mould your self to
where ever the client setting is e.g. warehousing to club setting.
LC to continue partnering Bri up with Seniors in different industries to provide
varying industry exposure.
2 Review Update: I believe I interact well with multiple different clients & workers, you have to be able to

mould to each different workplace. I am always eager to learn. I also enjoy chatting to
the team & calling around to see how everyone is.
