                   6.15      Steps Before Issued Letter of Acceptance for Government Practice

                   For  building  work,  the  estimated  amount  of  the  project  including  the  tender  price
                   received, the relevant costs not included in the tender price such as payments to the
                   local  authorities,  the  provision  for  adjustments  in  price  and  contingency  etc.  shall  be

                   provided to the Department / ministry by using the Tender Details Draw form.
                          Department /  Ministry  get finance  confirmation from  Ministry  of  Finance  before

                   direct issued letters of acceptance.
                   Letter of acceptance tender need to be signed by the authorised officer contract behalf
                   of the government.

                          Letter  of  acceptance  was  signed  need  to  be  sent  to  contractor  who  succeed
                   through the post registered.

                          The copy of letter of acceptance also need to be sent to the parties which are
                   listed in the letter acceptance including to SOCSO and QS.
