6.12 Letter Of Acceptance
A confirmation letter to the acceptance of the offer from client to the successful
contractor. Signed by the contractor as an acceptance of the letter.Based on the terms
and conditions as determine in tender document. The letter acceptance stated a few
things that need to be provided by the contractor before commencing work on site. This
letter is a valid legal document and will become part of the contract.
6.13 Importance of Letter of Acceptance
