                   6.11      Tender Report

                   QS must report to architects and clients as soon as research on tenders is completed to
                   allow clients to select appropriate tenders. Then QS should focus on important matters
                   and dismiss minor matters such as details of arithmetic errors should be avoided. The

                   nature of the report varies depending on the nature of the tender document.
                   The following are the details contained in the tender report:

                            Details of project
                            Details of tender procedure such as how to invite the tender, stating the date
                              of tender open and closing, and the tender validity period.

                            Tenderer list (contractor) including tender price and completion time that the
                              proposed by tenderer.

                            List of tenderer mistake were include in the document tender.
                            List completion of  work according to lowest tender price

                            To evaluate the mistakes made in the tender and to list the mistakes of the
                              tenderers.

                            In  that  list  latest  tender  price  need  to  be  stated  including  mistake  which
                              occurred if be.
                            Submit QS cost estimates and differences with each tenderer.

                            Contractor  background  such  as  name  of  company,  contractor's  class  and
                              project list that had and current works.

                            QS  will  submit  tenderer  proposal  those  eligible  for  at  agree  receive  and
                              certified by the board of tender.
