1. Acceptance of the client
Declare the agreement of the employer to accept the offer of the tenderer (tender
price and time of completion)
2. As a binding contract
As a legal binding contract before the formal contract agreement is made
(contract document)
3. Empower the SO to make a price adjustment
To authorize the Superintending Officer to make price adjustment (without
prejudice to the contract sum)
4. Inform the successful contractor
Inform the successful contractor on the direction to be followed and prepared
before being allowed to start work on site
5. Stated the date of possession
Stated date of possession , the date the contractor can begin work on site
