6.10 Contractor Failure Factors in Tender Participations

The following are factors contractor failure in tender participation:
 Too high tender price.

 The bid price is too low. If the work is also provided, it may result in loss or
the work may not be performed properly. The government will not be bound

to accept the lowest bid or any offer.
 The hands-on work done at the time was too much and exceeded the
financial limit of registration.

 The record of past works is poor and unsatisfactory.
 Not comply any tender condition

 The tender details are not filled correctly
 Insufficient financial allocation for a single project.
