Once successful contractor receiving the letter of acceptance, then contract
agreement bond relationship. Before contractor start work,contractor should be prepare:

 Letter of acceptance need to be signed and am being returned to client
 Submitt the SOCSO guarantee
 Policies insurance

 Receipt for premium payment for insurance policies

Without above matter contractor will not be allowed start a work. Performance
Bond is necessary to ensure that the contract will finish contract so, then this
implementation guarantee will be seized. Performance Bond could be made whether in

form of assurance bank or insurance guarantee.
