F.  Fuyunghai Recipes

                       Ingredients:
                       Main ingredient:

                       1.  Chicken Powder                                       20 g
                       2.  Oyster Sauce                                         10 ml

                       3.  Chicken eggs, beaten                                 ½ kg

                       4.  Chicken thigh, roughly chopped                       300 g
                       5.  Shrimps                                              100 g

                       6.  Cauliflower, thinly sliced and boiled                100 g
                       7.  Carrot, sliced                                       80 g

                       8.  Pepper                                               2 g

                       9.  Cooking Oil                                          60 ml
                       10. Peas                                                 200 gr

                       Sauce:
                       1.  Tomatoes, boiled, deskinned and finely chopped       30 gr

                       2.  Red Chillies, cored and sliced                       7 gr
                       3.  Tomato Sauce                                         100 ml

                       4.  Garlic Cloves, chopped coarsely                      5 gr

                       5.  Sugar                                                10 g
                       6.  Water                                                100 ml

                       7.  Lime Powder                                          5 g
                       8.  Scallion, sliced                                     3 gr



                       How to make:
                       1.  Preparing the Eggs and Chicken

                          a.  Sauté the garlic, add the chicken thigh, then stir-fry until fragrant.
                          b.  Add the cauliflower and carrots.

                          c.  Add Knorr Chicken Powder and Knorr Oyster Sauce.

                          d.  Turn off the fire and set aside.
                          e.  Add the eggs to the chicken and vegetables, and mix well.

                          f.  Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the egg mix.
                          g.  Reduce the heat so that the bottom of the omelette does not burn and the inside

                              is well-cooked.
                          h.  Check the flavours.
