Tu B’Shevat Seder
The Festival of Trees is one of Judaism’s most aesthetic of holidays,
appealing to the senses through “the seven species” of fruits and grains
indigenous to Israel: dates, olives, pomegranates, figs, grapes, barley and
wheat. Tu B’Shevat is celebrated in Israel when budding fruit enters a
new year of life and the first bulbs of spring are beginning to bloom. So
celebrate in SaraMana too and feast on “the seven species” and more.
