Eligibility
All beneit eligible employees who work in excess of 30 hours per week
are eligible to elect the beneits relected in this Guide.
You may enroll your legal spouse/domestic partner and dependent
children to age 26 regardless of student or marital status, inancial
dependency, or access to medical coverage through employment.
Dependent children include your natural, legally adopted, step, and/or
foster children as well as children for whom you are the legal guardian and
your domestic partner's children. If you enroll your domestic partner, you
must complete a domestic partner afidavit.
