A Message from AIP Aerospace Holdings, LLC
The arrival of the summer season means open enrollment for 2015–
2016 beneits. We are so pleased and encouraged by the participation
of our members in our sponsored programs during 2014–2015! Your
enthusiasm and feedback continues to motivate us to deliver a beneit
program design which helps you and your family members meet your
personal health goals.
In addition, we want to encourage you to continue to be an advocate
of your health. Our lifestyle choices have the greatest correlation to
our well-being. When we shop for healthy foods and seek out ways
to increase our physical activity, we reduce our risks for a number of
diseases including diabetes and heart disease. Take care of yourself
and your family members and read this guide thoroughly to understand
how our beneits program can assist you.
Benefits Guide
July 1, 2015 marks the new plan period for AIP Aerospace’s beneit
plans. Now is your opportunity to continue, add, or waive coverage
for you as well as your dependents. Please note you will not be able to
make changes again until the next annual enrollment unless you have a
qualiied change in status.
Important
Open Enrollment is May 27, 2015 through June 9, 2015. If you are a
current AIP Aerospace Holdings, LLC Employee and wish to make
changes to any of your beneit plans or make contributions to an
FSA or HSA, you will need to complete the open enrollment election
process.
If you do not wish to make changes to any of your beneit plans, no
action is required. Your current medical and dental coverage elections
will even transfer over with the new carriers, UnitedHealthcare and
Cigna. Those currently enrolled in the Aetna HRA plan will transfer to
the UHC HSA plan unless election changes are submitted during the
open enrollment election process.
