Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Sometimes life can be challenging. That’s why F+W provides an employee assistance
program (EAP) to all eligible employees and members of their household at no cost.
The EAP is designed to provide prompt and conidential help with a wide range
of personal and family issues that may affect all of us from time to time. F+W’s
EAP is offered through Personal Assistance Services (PAS). PAS is an
independent provider of professional life management services.

Through your EAP with PAS you have access to the following.

X An elder care specialist to help with coordinating and inding
payment options for the care of aging loved ones

X A child care specialist to help locate child care providers and
resources

X An allied health professional to guide you through parenting
concerns such as behavior, child development, and education
planning

getting organized

X A tobacco cessation coach to help you prepare for the step-by-
step quitting and staying quit process
X A professional counselor to provide support and guidance with
personal and family concerns

X A registered dietitian to provide personalized guidance to help you improve
your wellness and quality of life
